Yes. We are happy to liaise directly with concierge teams, event planners and venue coordinators to ensure every experience is professionally organised and delivered seamlessly from start to finish.
What space is required for a mobile Reformer Pilates setup?
As a guide, we require a minimum space of approximately 3.15m x 2.20m per reformer bed. We are happy to work with your team to assess the most suitable space within your venue and advise on the best layout for your event.
Can sessions take place in ballrooms, function rooms or marquees?
Yes. Our mobile Reformer Pilates experiences can be delivered in a wide variety of indoor, outdoor and temporary event spaces, including ballrooms, private function rooms, marquees and event suites, subject to suitable access and flooring.
Do you require access before the event for setup?
Yes. We ask for access ahead of the scheduled session to allow sufficient time for unloading, setting up the reformer beds and completing all necessary safety checks. The required setup time will depend on the size of the booking and will be agreed in advance.
