WEDDINGS & BRIDES
Wellness, woven into your wedding magic.
Clae brings private reformer pilates into the spaces where wedding memories are made.
A sunrise session with your bridal party before the ceremony. A grounding reset after the welcome dinner. A beautifully styled reformer experience overlooking the countryside the morning after the celebration.
From engagement parties to intimate bridal mornings and full wedding weekend programming, Clae creates calm, connection and presence around the moments that matter most.
Wedding moments with a difference.
Clae was created for wedding celebrations that unfold over days rather than hours. From country homes and destination stays to multi-day gatherings where friends, family and bridal parties come together in one place.
We transform villas, private gardens, terraces, marquees and event spaces into elegant reformer studios designed entirely around the rhythm of the celebration.
No travel. No interruption. No leaving the venue. Just movement, beautifully placed within the occasion.
Designed for the full wedding journey.
Clae can sit quietly within a single morning, or be shaped across a full weekend of arrival, celebration and restoration.
Engagement Parties
Clae brings a slower, more intentional rhythm to engagement celebrations, private dinners and pre-wedding gatherings.
An elegant reformer session before sunset drinks. Movement and conversation flowing into long-table dinners beneath the evening sky. A beautifully considered experience that allows guests to arrive feeling connected, grounded and fully reset for the moments ahead.
Hen & Bridal Weekends
Whether it is a luxury countryside stay, a coastal retreat or a destination villa, Clae brings a beautifully considered wellness experience into the heart of the celebration weekend.
Think sunrise reformer followed by breakfast in robes. Slow movement before spa treatments. A grounding session after late-night celebrations. Music, matcha, fruit platters and warm summer air moving through an open-sided marque.
Sunrise Sessions
Early morning light across the grounds. Fresh air. Silence before the celebration begins.
Sunrise reformer has become one of the most beautiful ways to experience Clae within a wedding setting.
Guests move together slowly as the anticipation wakes around them so the day begins with presence rather than pressure.
The Night Before
Welcome dinners, cocktails and late evenings often leave guests wanting balance the following morning.
A sunset or evening reformer session the night before the wedding offers a slower transition into the weekend.
Held outdoors beneath soft evening light or inside a candlelit marquee, the experience creates a sense of occasion before the main celebration has even begun.
Bridal Party Mornings
The hours before a wedding carry a feeling unlike anything else. Excitement. Nerves. Anticipation.
Clae creates space within that energy.
A private reformer session on the wedding morning offers a moment to breathe before hair, makeup and photography begin. It becomes part ritual, part reset, bringing calm and connection to the bridal party before the day unfolds.
Recovery & Reset
The morning after matters too.
Clae sessions following the wedding are designed to help guests feel restored, energised and present again after a long celebration.
Movement, hydration, breathwork-inspired pacing and elegant surroundings combine to create a softer ending to the weekend before everybody returns home.
Layered into the occasion itself.
Clae is designed to feel like part of the wedding itself.
The styling. The pacing. The atmosphere. The way the reformers sit within the setting. The way guests move through the experience together.
Everything is considered carefully so the experience complements the occasion rather than interrupts it.
An experience arranged with quiet precision.
